The first ever “Tee one up and WHN One For Wyoming” Golf Tournament was held at Three Crowns Golf Club in Casper June 22nd. More than 40 golfers took part in the Tournament, which helped to raise awareness of affordable and workforce housing issues in Wyoming.
“We really felt lucky to have a great tournament our first time out,” said Forrest Neuerburg, WHN executive director. “Of course, we really couldn’t have done it without the hard work and dedication of Tonja Funch of our staff, along with the great folks at Three Crowns”. The tournament was won by the team of Randy Dancliff, Darwin Pace, and Mike Stanfield, in a close field that featured a tie for second place.
“It couldn’t have gone better, we had a lot of people hear about our cause and the challenges Wyoming faces, and we also had a lot of fun on the course,” Neuerburg added.
