Gregory E. Hancock
President and Chief Executive Officer
Greg has led the Wyoming Housing Network since October of 2008, and has over 20 years of experience developing affordable housing. As President and Chief Executive Officer of WHN, Greg provides overall organizational leadership of WHN’s mission to meet the need for workforce and affordable housing throughout the State of Wyoming. Greg’s background includes for-profit and non-profit management, affordable housing development, fiscal management, real estate, community planning and implementation to meet the affordable housing need.
Prior to joining WHN, Greg served as a Rural Development Specialist for the Rural Community Assistance Corporation, where he delivered capacity building and housing development training and technical assistance to nonprofit organizations, housing authorities, and local government agencies in rural communities within the states of Colorado, Montana, Utah and Wyoming.
Katrina Ferrell
Housing Counselor and Foreclosure Specialist
Katrina provides homebuyer and financial education and counseling to families across the state of Wyoming. Additionally, Katrina also works with households who are worried about losing their homes or in foreclosure to explore options to keep them in their homes.
Colleen McKoy, AFC
Homebuyer and Financial Education Counseling Specialist
Colleen joined the Wyoming Housing Network in June, 2010. She provides homebuyer and financial education and counseling to families across the state of Wyoming. Colleen brings understanding in financial management with her experience as a banker and financial literacy counselor. She encompasses knowledge from Montana State University where she concentrated her studies in Social Science.
Jenny Vass
Accounting Specialist
Jenny joined the Wyoming Housing Network in December, 2010. She provides financial and accounting support to all of WHN’s operations, with extensive experience in the non-profit financial sector.
